How Does It Work?

Our Hutong Host will welcome your group into our courtyard with drinks and an introduction. Then participants will form small teams and each team will cook up a storm within a set amount of time. After the gong chimes, the teams will introduce their dishes, and enjoy the delicacies they so creatively whipped up!
